Postnatal classes are held in Woodford Green and Bababoom in Loughton.

I am a qualified Nursery Nurse and have worked with families for over 20 years. Along with my experience as a paediatric nurse, I have cared for premature babies all the way through to 10 years old in a professional capacity. I have also continued my professional development with courses in sleep in babies and children, holistic nutrition for babies and children, reflux and early allergies, baby massage and postnatal depression. Also as a mum of 3 young children, I can really relate to other mums and what they are experiencing.

"From the moment you walk into Naomi\'s house it feels like your second home. She is so welcoming and has such a warm aura. Every week I actually learnt something useful rather than just going to meet other mums. Ironically, I did meet a brilliant group of mums. Added bonus!"
